Venue Hire
We are fortunate enough to share our Headquarters with historic rally experts HERO-ERA, based in the heart of historic motoring – Bicester Heritage, Oxfordshire.
Bicester Heritage is one of the best-preserved former RAF bomber training stations with its buildings sympathetically restored to house the workshops and offices of over fifty automotive specialists; from pre-war vehicle restorations to classic car race preparations, vintage aircraft hangars and even a petrol-head themed pub.

A 300+ square metre climate-controlled showroom which is typically home to over 25 classic cars from the HERO-ERA Arrive & Drive fleet. Depending on the desired use of the venue, we can provide an empty event space, or for a more unique setting we are often asked to place select vehicle on display throughout the building for the duration of the hire. We can also accommodate the display of other vehicles.

A 300+ square metre rooftop terrace, complete with outdoor furnishings and views of the airfield.

Also unique to Itineris is a fleet of over 25 "Arrive & Drive" classic cars, which can be hired as part of our events.
We understand that when an individual or company entrusts us to organise a special event - capitalising on the enduring appeal of classic cars - they will have particular objectives in mind. HQ Based Bespoke Events

A bespoke driving route, carefully crafted by our expert route planners and delivered by our passionate organisational team. A tulip diagram rally-style road book will guide you along the way, we'll also provide a map book and electronic route file.

An itinerary designed to perfectly balance time behind the wheel and social connection, whether that’s thanking existing clients or helping to convert prospects into new ones, fostering teamwork between key employees, or simply celebrating an important milestone with friends.

A photographer and/or videographer to capture the event. All media is included and sent to all the guests. We can also create memorabilia for your event.

A mechanical support crew will always be on hand just in case the cars need a little help along the way (they are classic cars after all).
