Sometimes things come up and plans must change, we understand.

 

Likewise, we trust that you understand the costs we incur as organisers relating to your entry fee, most of which are non-recoupable.
 

Rest assured, we will make every reasonable effort to help you manage your entry if you find yourself in a position whereby you can no longer attend an event or wish to make a change to your entry.

 

As we cannot guarantee the return of funds, we strongly recommend you obtain event insurance and/or travel insurance coverage, paying close attention to how the provider handles the entry fee as well as any other related costs you may have.

 

Please note that this does not apply if we are forced to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

The deposit guarantees your entry into the event and remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Your entry fee will typically be divided into multiple payments, each with their own due date.

 

In most circumstances, entry fee payments are non-refundable once paid.

 

In some instances however, such as in a scenario whereby we replace your entry or if the withdrawal is early-enough that we can recoup costs, a portion of the entry fees paid can be transferred to another ITINERIS event or refunded.

 

If we are forced to cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will give you the option to rollover your entry to the new date, or reallocate your entry fee funds to another event. Though we would only exercise if absolutely necessary, ITINERIS reserve the right to retain up to 10% of the entry fees received to cover losses in the event of a forced cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of such instances include but are not limited to; acts of war, whether declared or actual, industrial action such as strikes, pandemics, and weather related emergencies such as hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding.
 

Simply put, we want you to feel comfortable investing your time and hard-earned money in ITINERIS events, and we will always work hard to find the best solution to your circumstances so that we can continue adventuring together.
