Your entry fee may be applied as a credit towards Routes de Provence, Magna Græcia or The Nordic Frontier.
Event Packs
Each entry includes one vehicle with a crew of two people. Either bring your own or add vehicle-hire to your entry.
Road Book - A personalised road book featuring tulip-style navigation. This is designed to guide you through the route step by step throughout the day.
Rally Plates - Designed by our in-house team, each tour features a unique set of rally plates, created exclusively for the event and supplied to display on your car during the drive.

Arrival
Our day begins at our headquarters, based in the heart of historic motoring, Bicester Motion.
Upon arrival, collect your event packs, complete with rally plates and stickers to adorn your vehicle. Enjoy a light breakfast while meeting fellow crews.
Before setting off, you will be guided through a detailed tutorial on tulip roadbooks. Here, we will share all the tips and tricks you need to navigate like a pro. We will also explain our digital route options (though we are heavily biased towards a good old-fashioned road book!)
The route is easy to follow and designed to be enjoyable rather than challenging. But, of course, a few missed turns along the way are all part of the fun!
Route & Hospitality
The day will cover approximately 100 miles and is divided into 5 driving sections. Our bespoke route will guide you through some of the finest roads that the Cotswolds have to offer.
A great road trip is never just about the driving. It’s about the moments in between. Along the way, you will stop at selected venues, including significant landmarks, pubs, and private houses.
A mid-morning refreshment stop will be held at The Gallery of Aynho Park, a 400-year-old landmark estate with historic gardens and impressive British architecture.
It wouldn’t be an ITINERIS tour without a tasting. Just before lunch, we will visit the Cotswolds Distillery. Here, we will learn about their 10-year journey and how they have developed their award-winning fine spirits. Naturally, you will leave with your own taster of Gin for later.
Sunday lunch will be served at the renowned Feathered Nest Country Inn, where country dining is paired with the beautiful panoramic views of the Cotswolds. The critically acclaimed 3 AA rosette restaurant offers a wonderfully British menu prepared using locally sourced ingredients from the surrounding countryside.
Track Activity
Upon returning to Bicester Motion, you will have the opportunity to put your skills to the test with a special track driving experience.
There is no stopwatch, no competition, simply the freedom to enjoy the drive. While the track is a safe and controlled environment, drivers are encouraged to explore their cars at a pace that feels comfortable and enjoyable.
Our team will be on hand throughout, ensuring everyone has plenty of time on the track and enjoys the experience at their own speed.
Whether you choose to increase the pace or focus on technique, the track is the perfect finish to a day behind the wheel.
As engines cool, guests are invited to relax back in the paddock, reflecting on the day’s highlights with fellow crews before departing at leisure.

The media crew will follow along to ensure you leave with plenty of photographs and a highlights video to accompany those lifetime memories.
Luggage Service
A dedicated luggage service will be on hand to collect and deliver your luggage between venues as needed.
Road Book
Each crew will receive a personalised road book with tulip-style navigation. Don't worry, we'll make sure you're comfortable reading your roadbook before setting off. You will be a navigational pro in no time.
Meals
Breakfast at the overnight accommodation, as well as lunch and an evening meal are included on each tour day. Some refreshment stops are also included.
