ITINERIS PROVENÇAL RETREAT GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Itineris Un Ltd (the "Promoter").
 
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Only one entry per household is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
2.4 Entrants must own or have access to a qualifying vehicle. 
 
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete the "Build Your Perfect Driving Adventure" form in full.
3.2 All fields must be completed accurately to qualify as a valid entry.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.4 Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
 
4. Entry Period
4.1 The promotion opens on Saturday 11th April 08:00 and closes on Wednesday 15th July at 20:00.
4.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
 
5. The Prize
5.1 One winner will receive a two-night Provençal retreat for two people at Les Lodges Sainte-Victoire, Aix-en-Provence (the "Prize"), including:

• Two nights’ shared accommodation in a Deluxe Room

• Daily breakfast for two guests

• One signature three-course dinner with drinks at Restaurant Les Lodges (on one evening)

• Full access to spa facilities including:

  • Heated pools

  • Sauna

  • Fitness facilities

• One 45-minute spa treatment per guest

5.2 The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged for any alternative.
5.3 Travel to and from the hotel is not included.
5.4 The Prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner notification unless otherwise agreed.
5.5 Accommodation dates are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout periods (including peak holiday periods and special events).
5.6 Any additional costs not expressly included in the Prize (including travel, transfers, additional meals, drinks, insurance, or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
6.3 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Redemption
7.1 The winner is responsible for arranging travel and complying with any applicable travel requirements.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any inability to take the Prize due to personal circumstances, travel restrictions, or health matters.
7.3 The Prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of the accommodation provider.

8. Publicity
8.1 By entering the promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the winner’s name and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 Information collected through the entry form may be used for marketing communications where consent has been given.

10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.
10.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the Prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter.

11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
